Job Summary :.

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of the Medius Accounts Payable (AP) automation platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with invoice processing systems, ERP integrations, and client-facing delivery.

Key Responsibilities :.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Medius AP automation solutions for enterprise clients.

- Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, and invoice matching rules.

- Integrate Medius with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

- Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration or functional issues.

Must-Have Skills :.

- Overall IT experience 5-8 years.

- 3+ years of experience in AP automation or ERP implementation.

- Strong understanding of invoice lifecycle and procurement processes.

- Experience with Medius Flow or similar AP tools.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, XML, and middleware platforms.
