The Opportunity :

We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive the next phase of innovation and scalability at Wellness Coach. This role requires a hands-on engineering leader with experience in scaling SaaS products, building AI-powered solutions, optimizing DevOps, and driving automation. You will lead a high-impact team of 6+ senior full-stack engineers, working directly with Product, Data Science, and DevOps teams to build and optimize AI-driven analytics, automation, and engagement platforms.

What You Will Own :

- Lead & mentor a team of senior engineers in a high-growth SaaS startup environment

- Architect & scale our multi-tenant AI-driven SaaS platform for enterprise clients

- Ensure security, compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001), and high-performance infrastructure

- Optimize AI-powered automation, analytics, and data pipelines

- Build highly scalable, modular applications using modern full-stack technologies

- Define engineering best practices, DevOps strategy, and AI adoption roadmaps

Key Responsibilities :

Technology & Product Innovation :

- Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our SaaS wellness platform

- Build and optimize a microservices-based, modular full-stack system using React.js, Next.js (frontend) and Node.js, TypeScript (backend)

- Develop AI-powered analytics engines to provide real-time insights and predictive analytics for enterprise customers

- Enhance personalization and engagement using AI-driven coaching, chatbots, and dynamic content delivery

Engineering Leadership & Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and scale a 6+ senior engineer team, ensuring high technical standards

- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, AI/ML, and DevOps teams

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and foster a high-performance engineering culture

- Align engineering efforts with business objectives and growth strategies

AI, Automation & Predictive Insights :

- Leverage AI-powered tools like Cursor, OpenAI, Copilot to enhance developer productivity and automation

- Build AI-driven engagement models to optimize user retention, enterprise ROI, and predictive wellness analytics

- Optimize event-driven architectures (Kafka, AWS Kinesis) for real-time user behavior tracking

SaaS Scalability, Security & Compliance :

- Scale our multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, DynamoDB, Cognito, S3)

- Implement enterprise-grade security measures aligned with SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance

- Ensure RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), OAuth authentication, and API security meet enterprise-grade standards

DevOps, CI/CD & Test Automation :

- Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployments and automated infrastructure scaling

- Implement end-to-end test automation using Cypress, Jest, Selenium, Playwright

- Ensure security-first development practices through Terraform, AWS CDK, and DevSecOps methodologies

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of full-stack experience in a high-growth SaaS company

- Strong technical leadership experience, managing 6+ senior engineers

- Expertise in AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, DynamoDB, Cognito, S3, SNS, SQS)

- Proficiency in NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) & query optimization

- Experience with AI tools like Cursor, OpenAI, Copilot for automation

- Strong debugging, logging & monitoring skills (ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)

- Hands-on expertise in analytics engines & real-time event processing
