Job Description
We're looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage a high-performing, remote team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving project completion, and fostering a collaborative virtual work environment aligned with organizational goals.
You'll be instrumental in keeping a large, distributed team cohesive and productive.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Management: Coordinate daily technical operations, ensuring the timely execution of software development campaigns and IT initiatives. You'll resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to maintain high team morale and productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance using KPIs and a CRM or project management tool, providing actionable insights to optimize workflows.
- Team Leadership: Facilitate effective communication across the team using digital collaboration platforms. You'll foster an environment where team members feel supported and empowered.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular performance reports and present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Your analytical mindset will be key in interpreting data to drive decisions and optimize processes for remote team productivity and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Project Management: Proven experience in project management and leading large, remote teams. You should have a strong understanding of operations, CRM or project management systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira), and performance metrics.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
You should be comfortable with a variety of digital platforms that support distributed work.
- Core Competencies: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications & Education : A Bachelor's degree is required, and a PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
