Job Description

As an Associate Manager - Technical Solutions, you will drive the design, integration, and optimization of technical systems across the AdTech ecosystem. You will be responsible for system-level architecture, API integrations, data strategy, and partner-facing technical enablement - playing a critical role in shaping the technical execution behind product and partnership initiatives.


Core Technical Responsibilities :


- Design scalable and modular solution architectures using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems


- Drive partner onboarding and technical implementation of ad-serving APIs, campaign ingestion, tracking, and monetization workflows


- Interface with product and engineering teams to implement system-level enhancements, supporting scalability and performance improvements


- Define data collection strategies using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio


- Build and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support real-time insights and automated business intelligence


- Drive integration of internal and external data sources to build a unified data layer supporting ad performance, partner metrics, and product KPIs


- Create and maintain technical documentation including API usage guides, integration playbooks, solution design specs, and onboarding resources


- Use tools like Postman, cURL, and Swagger to test and validate API integrations; automate test cases where applicable


- Collaborate with QA and Product Engineering to define test cases and edge-case handling for partner-facing features


- Act as a technical liaison between business teams, partners, product managers, and engineering


- Translate partner requirements into technical specifications and influence product roadmaps through structured feedback loops


- Lead project delivery across integration lifecycles from discovery, design, development, QA, to go-live and post-launch monitoring


- Leverage AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, GPT APIs, automation scripts) to streamline operations and deliver AI-augmented solutions


- Evaluate emerging technologies for automating partner engagement, data visualization, or campaign optimization


Required Technical Skills :


- 3 - 5 years in a technical solutions, product engineering, or technical account management role within AdTech, SaaS, or E-commerce


Strong working knowledge of :


- REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth


- Postman, Swagger, API test automation tools


- Event-driven workflows and real-time systems


Experience with data instrumentation and visualization using :


- Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio


- SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, or BigQuery


Demonstrated ability to :


- Develop technical documentation and solution blueprints


- Architect and deploy end-to-end technical integrations


- Communicate complex systems clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders


- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Agile development workflows


- Comfort with prompt engineering and applying AI tools to solve real-world business problems
