Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the Windchill PLM environment to ensure high performance, security, and availability.
- Lead or support Windchill upgrade and migration projects (on-premise to cloud or AWS).
- Administer system configurations, business rules, workflows, and access control settings.
- Integrate Windchill with CAD tools and support users in troubleshooting integration issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and recommend appropriate Windchill configurations or enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and performance tuning of the Windchill environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Engineering, and Project Management.
Must-Have Skills :
- 5-8 years of overall experience in PLM, with a minimum of 3 years in Windchill Administration.
- Strong understanding of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with CAD integrations (Creo, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Proven experience in Windchill upgrade and migration projects.
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based deployment of PLM systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have :
- Experience in scripting or automation for Windchill tasks.
- Exposure to PLM data migration tools or methodologies.
- Knowledge of other PTC tools or modules.
