Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement new functionalities in SAP Payroll, focusing on schema and cycle configuration.

- Perform development tasks in ABAP IV and Object-Oriented ABAP, preferably with class-based development experience.

- Debug ABAP code to resolve unknown exceptions and provide timely fixes.

- Handle ongoing support and maintenance tasks related to SAP Payroll.

- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver payroll solutions in a Hybrid-Agile project environment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in International Payroll, ideally with German Payroll expertise.

- Strong knowledge of SAP International Payroll and Time Management.

- Hands-on experience with customizing SAP Payroll, including schema and cycle configuration.

- Proficient in ABAP IV and OO ABAP programming; experience with new ABAP syntax is preferred.

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex payroll issues.

Secondary Skills :

- Familiarity with German Payroll Customizing.

- Experience working in Hybrid-Agile projects.
