Mechispike - QA Test Lead - Teamcenter PLM

Description :

- Act as QA Test Lead for large PLM initiatives.

- Collaborate with IT Product Delivery Owners to define Definition of Done, ensuring robust software design, documentation, and validation processes.

- Participate in product design reviews to provide test input and improve testability of the application.

- Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks.

- Ensure requirements traceability by mapping test cases to business requirements.

- Guide and support QA and development teams on test entrance and exit criteria.

- Oversee creation and execution of automated and manual test cases for web and PLM systems.

- Work closely with BSA and development teams to address test findings and improve test coverage.

- Analyze test results, create test status reports, and lead defect triage discussions.

- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Product Owners to plan and prioritize backlog items.

- Ensure all testing artifacts are up-to-date and meet organizational standards.

- Implement and drive test automation best practices, tools, and processes.

- Perform root cause analysis on defects and propose preventive solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

- Experience with Teamcenter integrations (especially with CAD and SAP).

- Test automation experience using Playwright or Selenium.

- Proficiency in at least one scripting language : Python, Java, or JavaScript.

- Experience in API testing (RESTful services).

- Familiarity with JUnit, TestNG, or similar testing frameworks.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Ability to create, maintain, and manage requirements traceability matrices (RTM).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to PLM integrations in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Background in root cause analysis and test automation governance.

- Experience working with multi-disciplinary Agile teams
