Job Description Function :

- Software Engineering Specialization : Backend & Frontend Development Primary Technology Stack : MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js (MEAN)

We are looking for an experienced MEAN Stack Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support scalable full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack.

The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop a strong technical understanding of existing application architecture and extend its capabilities to support new business requirements.

- Analyze and translate client requirements into functional and technical application features. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack, covering both frontend and backend components.

- Write clean, efficient, high-quality, and maintainable source code within defined timelines.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.

- Provide ongoing application support by identifying, analyzing, and fixing production issues. Resolve complex performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges in scalable systems.

- Support business decisions from a technical perspective, including performance, reliability, scalability, and security. Stay updated with emerging software trends, tools, and technologies and share insights with internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise or commercial web applications using JavaScript-based technologies.

- At least 3 years of experience developing API services using Node.js.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Angular (exposure to Vue.js is a plus).

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object modeling.

- Strong proficiency in MongoDB and MySQL, including database design and performance tuning.

- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and effective solutions.

- Ability to convert UI/UX designs from Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Sketch into functional front-end code.

- Experience working with version control systems and CI/CD environments.

- Strong understanding of professional software engineering best practices across the full software development lifecycle.

- Ability to write logical, reusable, and optimized code that enhances user-system interaction.

- Awareness of modern coding standards, security practices, and industry trends.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present technical concepts to clients and internal teams.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, agile environment and work independently with minimal supervision.

Good to Have :

- Experience with automated unit testing.

- Exposure to Python.

- Experience building chatbot solutions in high-scale production environments.
