MDM Tester

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for Reltio MDM configurations, workflows, and integrations.

- Perform ETL testing to validate data movement, transformation logic, and accuracy across systems.

- Ensure data quality, data validation, and reconciliation across the Reltio platform and associated systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to gather requirements, report defects, and

ensure timely resolution.

- Utilize SQL and data analysis techniques to support testing efforts and troubleshoot issues.

- Track and manage defects using standard defect tracking tools.

- Participate in lifecycle management activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data validation, and data reconciliation.

- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.

- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment
