Job Summary :

- Candidate should work as independent consultant for the end client on the solutions

- Design, develop, and configure Stibo STEP MDM solutions to support business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.

- Implement and customize data models, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces within

the Stibo platform.

- Support MDM integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and ETL tools.

- Maintain data quality standards and ensure data consistency across systems.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for the MDM environment.

- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge sharing for users and teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of master data domains (product, customer, supplier, etc.).

- Experience with data modeling, workflow configuration, and scripting in Stibo.

- Familiarity with integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools).

- Knowledge of data governance, quality, and compliance principles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Java, XML, or JavaScript in the context of Stibo.

- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or life sciences domains.
