Key Responsibilities :
MDM Solution Design and Implementation :
- Designing, developing, and implementing MDM solutions using Informatica MDM, including Cloud Customer 360, Reference 360, and other Informatica tools.
Data Modeling :
- Creating and maintaining logical, physical, hierarchical, and reference data models that support business needs.
Data Integration :
- Developing and maintaining batch and API-based data integrations using Informatica tools like IICS to connect MDM with various systems.
Data Quality Management :
- Implementing data quality rules, monitoring data health, and ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms using Informatica Cloud Data Quality and other tools.
Performance Tuning :
- Optimizing MDM processes and data quality rules for performance and scalability.
Collaboration :
- Working with business analysts, data stewards, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with data governance policies.
Troubleshooting and Support :
- Providing technical guidance, resolving data-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the MDM environment.
Documentation :
- Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation and solution designs.
Required Skills and Experience:
Informatica MDM :
- Strong proficiency in Informatica MDM, including experience with Cloud Customer 360, Reference 360, and other related tools.
Data Integration :
- Experience with ETL processes and tools like Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
Data Quality :
- Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality tools and data quality management principles.
Data Modeling :
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts and experience in creating various types of data models.
Collaboration :
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Troubleshooting :
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to MDM.
