We are seeking an accomplished MDM Process Lead / Owner to define and govern enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) processes for a global FMCG organization (client name confidential). This role will own global MDM standards, frameworks, and governance processes while overseeing a customized MDM solution. While the solution is not SAP MDG, a strong understanding of SAP systems is required to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the global MDM process ownership function, including governance, standards, and compliance.

- Define enterprise-wide policies, workflows, and data governance frameworks across multiple domains (customer, vendor, material, finance).

- Oversee the design, enhancement, and optimization of the customized MDM solution, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to harmonize data standards across geographies and functions.

- Ensure effective integration and alignment between MDM processes and SAP ERP systems.

- Establish KPIs and governance metrics to measure and continuously improve data quality.

- Act as the custodian of global master data governance and the point of escalation for MDM-related issues.

Skills :

- 12-14 years of relevant experience in Master Data Governance and MDM solutions.

- Strong experience in global process ownership and data governance frameworks.

- Knowledge of SAP systems with the ability to align customized MDM processes with ERP requirements.

- Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide data management programs in large, complex organizations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

- Experience in change management, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
