MDM Lead - IDQ

Requirements :

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Previous experience in or with 8+ years' experience in data management, with at least 5 years focused on MDM strategy and architecture.

- Demonstrable experience in leading enterprise-wide MDM programs and implementing MDM solutions across multiple domains.

- Profound understanding of MDM architectural patterns, implementation approaches, and standard methodologies.

- Experience with Informatica MDM Platform.

- Working knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Address Doctor.

- Experience in cloud data platforms like Snowflake, AWS.

- Data integration and transformation using tools such as dbt, Matillion, and HVR.

- Expertise in data governance and metadata management using Informatica CDGC.

- Extensive experience in data modelling, metadata management, and data quality practices.

- Show ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business collaborators and executives.

- Experience in developing MDM arguments, roadmaps, and value realisation frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.
