We are looking for an experienced MDM Lead Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) and expertise in managing complex data management solutions.

- The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience, with proven capabilities in end-to-end implementation of MDM processes and a solid understanding of Oracle applications and related technologies.

- The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) and a thorough understanding of MDM business processes, including data governance, standardization, and integration.

- Expertise in working with User Defined Attributes (UDA), along with deep knowledge of Oracle database objects such as tables, sequences, triggers, and packages, is mandatory.

- Strong performance tuning skills, experience in AOL object configuration and setup, and hands-on exposure to migration activities across different instances are essential for this role.

- The candidate should have practical experience with Oracle MDM-SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, Shell Scripting, Oracle Apps, XML Reports, STAT, and Oracle WebADI.

- Proficiency in XML reporting and a strong understanding of Oracle applications and reporting tools will be critical to ensuring accurate and efficient data processing.

- The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, provide technical leadership, and guide teams is highly desirable.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to handle assigned work independently are required.

- Prior experience in team handling, stakeholder coordination, and facilitating collaboration across functional and technical teams will be considered a significant advantage.
