- Design, Develop, and Configure Solutions : Architect, develop, and maintain Reltio MDM solutions, including data modelling, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and workflow configuration. This covers everything from entity model setup to creating comprehensive documentation.

- Integration : Integrate Reltio MDM with upstream and downstream applications, such as SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and others, typically using REST APIs, connectors, or ETL tools like Informatica or Talend.

- Data Quality & Governance : Implement data profiling, cleansing, validation, enrichment, and data stewardship processes to ensure high data integrity and compliance with governance policies.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate data needs into technical solutions.

- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide production support for Reltio MDM applications, troubleshoot integration and quality issues, and optimise performance.

- Documentation & Training : Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and workflows. This often includes creating training material and conducting handovers to users or analysts..

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM (data modelling, configuration, API integration)

- Familiarity with MDM concepts : match/merge logic, survivorship, hierarchy management

- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and ETL tools (Talend, Informatica, DataStage)

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

- Exposure to AI/ML use cases in data management (preferred)

- Experience with other MDM platforms (like Informatica, Stibo) can be advantageous.
