MDM Consultant - Informatica IICS

Role Summary :

The MDM Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing Master Data Management solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience with MDM platforms and Informatica IICS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain MDM solutions, workflows, and data governance models.

- Configure match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and master data hierarchies.

- Integrate MDM hubs with downstream applications using IICS and ETL pipelines.

- Work with business units to capture data requirements, data flows, and source mappings.

- Perform data validation, cleansing, transformation, and standardization activities.

- Ensure high-quality documentation and technical design specifications.

- Troubleshoot MDM platform issues and optimize performance.

Required Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience in MDM concepts, architecture, and data modeling

- Strong proficiency in IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services)

- Experience in ETL, API integration, and data synchronization

- Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases

- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, or SAP MDG

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

- Ability to define MDM strategy for large enterprises

Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Certifications in MDM or Informatica tools preferred
