Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain master data across domains such as Customer, Vendor, Product, Material, and Finance.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with established data governance standards.

- Perform data cleansing, validation, deduplication, and enrichment activities.

- Analyze and resolve data quality issues and recommend process improvements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement data standards and policies.

- Create and maintain data quality reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

- Support master data creation, updates, and approval workflows.

- Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

- Work closely with IT, business teams, and data governance teams to improve data management processes.

- Assist in data migration, integration, and transformation projects.

- Document business rules, data definitions, and governance procedures.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, or Data Quality.

- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data lifecycle management, and governance frameworks.

- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.

- Experience with data cleansing, profiling, and reconciliation activities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, Stibo Systems, Profisee, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or similar.

- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.

- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration concepts.

- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant MDM, Data Governance, or Data Quality certifications are a plus.
