Are you an expert in mobile device management (MDM) ready to manage iOS, Android, and BYOD devices for enterprise environments? SG IT Consulting is looking for MDM Administrators to lead and optimize Microsoft Intune, SOTI MobiControl, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Android Enterprise deployments.

Role Overview :

As an MDM Administrator, you will manage corporate mobile devices, enforce compliance policies, deploy applications, and ensure secure, high-performance mobility solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Daily management of corporate iOS and Android devices via Intune and SOTI MobiControl

- Mobile application management for BYOD devices

- Device enrollment and configuration via Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise

- Patch and update management for mobile devices

- Certificate profile deployment, management, and troubleshooting

- Enforce security and compliance policies across all devices

- Deploy apps via App Store and Google Play

- Troubleshoot device and application issues for iOS and Android

- Diagnose and resolve Layer 2/Layer 3 network issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration

Skills & Experience :

- 45 years managing MDM environments

- Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, SOTI MobiControl, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise

- Experience with BYOD mobile application management

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation

- Familiarity with SCCM migration, hybrid/co-management, and Windows 10/11 deployment

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications :

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

- SOTI Certified Professional
