Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the QA team in developing, executing, and managing comprehensive test packs.

- Oversee independent QA execution and serve as the go-to resource for testing-related decisions.

- Guide the team in prioritizing testing efforts based on backlog reviews and project objectives.

- Conduct thorough test reviews prior to production releases.

- Take ownership of the regression test suite and ensure coverage of major workflows.

- Conduct code and quality reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Expand automated testing coverage and implement automation solutions.

- Develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts using Testing.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and DevOps teams.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

- Track daily testing progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Provide detailed test reports, results, and defect metrics.

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on expertise in Testing or equivalent automation tools.

- Proficiency in JavaScript for writing and maintaining test scripts.

- Expertise in SQL for backend testing and API testing.

- Experience with test management tools like Azure DevOps.

- Solid understanding of Financial Services, Investment, or Asset Management domains.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
