iPivot is seeking an experienced Maximo Developer to develop, configure, customize and support IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Maximo application development, automation, integrations and database configuration, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure and customize IBM Maximo applications based on business requirements.

- Configure Maximo applications, business objects, attributes, domains, relationships, screens and security settings.

- Develop and maintain Maximo automation scripts, workflows, escalations and business rules.

- Build and support integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), object structures, enterprise services and publish channels.

- Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations with external enterprise applications.

- Work on Maximo database configuration, data migration, conversion and validation activities.

- Support Work Management processes, including work orders, preventive maintenance, job plans and related operational workflows.

- Configure and support Inventory, Purchasing, Storeroom and other relevant asset-management functions.

- Develop and maintain reports using BIRT and other applicable Maximo reporting tools.

- Troubleshoot application, integration and database issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment and production support.

- Support Maximo upgrades, enhancements and migration initiatives, including Maximo Application Suite (MAS), where required.

- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management.

- Maximo application configuration, customization and development.

- Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), object structures and enterprise services.

- Automation scripts using Python/Jython or JavaScript.

- Java/J2EE and SQL programming skills.

- REST/SOAP APIs, XML and web services integration.

- Maximo workflows, escalations, domains, relationships and security configuration.

- Database experience with Oracle, DB2 or Microsoft SQL Server.

- Experience with troubleshooting, performance optimization and production support.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with IBM Maximo 7.6 and/or Maximo Application Suite (MAS).

- Exposure to MAS Manage, upgrades or migration projects.

- Experience with BIRT reporting and WebSphere application server environments.

- Knowledge of enterprise asset management (EAM) and maintenance processes.

- Experience working on end-to-end implementation or enhancement projects.

Candidate Profile :

- 8 - 15 years of professional experience, as specified in the hiring campaign.

- Strong hands-on Maximo development and integration expertise.

- Ability to independently manage technical deliverables and resolve complex issues.

- Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
