Maximo Developer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maximo Developer with a minimum of 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in IBM Maximo EAM/MAS Manage, responsible for managing installations, upgrades, and migrations across various technical environments. This long-term contract role, which offers a hybrid work model, requires deep knowledge of Maximo customizations, databases, and a strong problem-solving mindset to lead or assist in data conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- System Lifecycle Management : Manage the full lifecycle of Maximo systems, including performing new installations, executing upgrades, and supporting migration processes across multiple technical environments.

- Database Management : Utilize your expertise in DB2 and preferably Oracle and SQL databases to manage and optimize Maximo environments.

- Customization and Data Migration : Apply your knowledge of MBO (Maximo Business Objects) customizations to tailor solutions. You will also lead or assist in critical data conversion and migration efforts to ensure data integrity and a smooth transition.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, support system maintenance, and ensure the delivered solutions align with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven technical expertise in IBM Maximo EAM/MAS Manage.

- Hands-on experience with Maximo installations and upgrades.

- Proficiency in DB2 database management, with a strong knowledge of SQL.

- Extensive experience with MBO customizations.

- Experience in managing and migrating data across multiple Maximo technical environments.

Preferred Skills :

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a business-related field.

- Experience in leading data conversion and migration projects.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
