Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Developer to join our Mobile Engineering team at Max Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality hybrid mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to build scalable, secure, and performance-driven mobile solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain hybrid mobile applications using the React Native framework.

- Build reusable, high-performance UI components for cross-platform deployment.

- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness across devices.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect and user-friendly interfaces.

- Work closely with QA teams to resolve defects and improve application stability.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices, clean code, and maintainability.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Stay updated with the latest React Native, mobile development, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on mobile application development.

- Hands-on expertise with the React Native framework.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES standards.

- Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization of mobile apps.

- Familiarity with mobile app lifecycle, app store deployment, and versioning.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Experience with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

- Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.

- Exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

- Familiarity with mobile security best practices.

- Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
