We are looking for a skilled SFMC QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions and managed campaign services. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and API testing expertise, hands-on SFMC experience, and the ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

- Apply QA concepts, methodologies, and testing techniques to validate SFMC assets and programs before production deployment.

- Perform both manual and automated testing depending on project needs.

- Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate large and complex datasets.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and health checks.

- QA campaigns and programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including :

1. REST API testing (Postman) for any Data Integrations

2. Automation Studio ETL processes

3. Data Extensions (DEs) and data flows

4. Email/SMS Journeys

- Preference centers, Cloud Pages, and engagement programs

- Validate backend ETL processes across environments.

- Document, execute, and evaluate test cases; report and track results.

- Isolate, replicate, and log defects; verify fixes.

- Assess QA risks, report issues, and propose mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) QA.

- Strong SQL skills, with experience on large and complex datasets.

- Proficiency in REST API testing (Postman).

- Solid understanding of test case design, test scripting, and execution.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.

Nice To Have :

- Experience with testing tools (e.g., QASE, HP ALM).

- Experience with Salesforce Healthcloud or Veeva CRM Testing

- Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica IICS - App/Data Integration).

- Experience testing ETL/ELT/API workflows.

- Knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redshift, or Salesforce SOQL.

- Previous work in pharmaceutical or marketing industries.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years in SFMC QA/Testing.

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience).

- Passion for quality assurance, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
