Masters India - Senior Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision :

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience to identify and fill product gaps.

- Generate new ideas that grow market share and drive growth.

- Create buy-in for the product vision with both internal and external stakeholders.

Roadmap & Requirements :

- Translate product strategy into a detailed product roadmap and comprehensive requirements.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

Execution & Delivery :

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with a quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

- Drive product launches, collaborating with marketing, public relations, and executive teams.

Product Evangelism :

- Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding of the product.

- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.

Technical Collaboration :

- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce comprehensive documents for development and QA teams.

- Use your technical background to ensure effective communication and execution with engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Product Leadership : Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

- Must have built or managed at least one B2B SaaS product.

- Technical Acumen : Solid technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

- Methodologies : A holistic understanding of development practices and the product lifecycle, with a familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Data & Analytics : Experience in using data to drive product decisions, with proficiency in tools for data analysis, A/B testing, and user analytics.

- API Knowledge : Familiarity with API design principles and experience with building and integrating with RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to be hands-on to get the job done.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
