Responsibilities :

- Develop detailed plans and provide accurate estimates for the completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases of SAP projects.

- Transform business function requirements into clear and concise technical program specifications to code, test, and debug complex programs.

- Develop, code, document, and execute thorough unit tests, system tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT), as well as develop testing tools for functions of high complexity.

- Perform in-depth performance tuning to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of SAP applications across multiple functions.

- Engage and collaborate effectively with other technical team members (functional consultants, architects, basis) in the design, delivery, and deployment of integrated SAP solutions.

- Ensure that integration system activities, including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability, and archiving), meet all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Undertake specialized performance tuning activities specifically for SAP integration scenarios.

- Mentor and coach junior ABAP developer resources, providing guidance and support for their technical growth.

- Provide valuable consulting services on both new and existing SAP initiatives, offering expertise and recommendations.

Qualifications :

- We are looking for an experienced SAP expert with significant hands-on ABAP coding experience who is passionate about creating a tangible difference by delivering impactful business transformation solutions (specifically in P2P and O2C) to large enterprises.

- Proven experience in participating in and contributing to full lifecycle SAP project implementations.

- Solid experience in integrating various SAP projects and modules.

- Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP OTC processes and configurations.

- Comprehensive functional and technical understanding of SAP P2P processes and configurations.

- Strong functional understanding of Finance (FI) and Material Management (MM) modules and their integration points with ABAP development.

- Working knowledge of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) module within SAP.

- Experience in developing and testing API integrations with SAP systems.

Strong SAP ABAP Skills :

- Logic Building : Excellent ability to translate functional requirements into efficient and robust ABAP code.

- Performance Tuning : Proven expertise in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in ABAP programs.

- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze complex business requirements and technical challenges effectively.

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with both technical and functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points) :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA development.

- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

- Experience working directly with end-clients
