Netcool Developer / SME (Experienced)

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Netcool ObjectServer triggers, including advanced customizations.

- Design and implement Netcool Impact Policies for complex, cross-domain correlation.

- Work with CP4AIOps ASM (Topology Manager) for topology correlation, event summarization, and enrichment.

- Automate processes using Shell, Python, or similar scripting languages.

- Collaborate with multi-domain telecom teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Netcool ObjectServer, Impact, and OMNIbus.

- Sound understanding of telecom architecture and multi-domain service delivery.

- Knowledge of AIOps or automation tools is an advantage.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice preferred.
