We are hiring for one of our reputed MNC clients based in Pune.

We are looking for candidates with 6 - 12 years of experience as a Business-facing Master Data Manager.

Must Have:

- 6-12 years experience

- Master Data Management (MDM) - must have

- Data Governance - must have

- Data Quality / Data Cleansing / Data Validation

- Manufacturing / Engineering industry (Very Important)

- ERP (SAP preferred, Microsoft Dynamics also okay)

- Salesforce CRM - must have

- CPQ (SAP CPQ preferred) - must have

- Power BI or QlikSense

- Excel + SQL

- Strong stakeholder management & communication

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy robust MDM solutions to consolidate and cleanse data across disparate enterprise systems, ensuring high data quality for downstream reporting.

- Collaborate with CRM and CPQ functional teams to map data flows, ensuring that master data attributes are accurately reflected in sales and configuration processes.

- Develop advanced data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into data health and business performance.

- Execute complex SQL queries and data manipulation tasks to resolve data discrepancies and support large-scale migration or integration projects.

- Establish and enforce data governance policies to mitigate risks associated with data redundancy and inconsistency across the enterprise ecosystem.

- Partner with business units to translate technical data requirements into scalable solutions that support long-term organizational objectives.
