Skills :

- 10+ years of MDM experience across key domains like Customer, Vendor, and Finance.

- Strong SAP user with audit, SLA, and RPS handling experience.

- Driving process improvements.

- Worked on ERP migrations familiar with CFIN, ServiceNow, and Coupa.

- Effective communicator, experienced in global team collaboration.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years in Master Data Management

- Expertise in Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, Employee & Contractor Master Data

- Strong background in Restricted Party Screening (RPS)

- Hands-on ERP transformation/migration experience

- Monitoring & reporting on MDM performance metrics

- Internal audits & compliance on master data processes

- Continuous process improvement mindset

- Strong communication, problem-solving & decision-making skills
