We are looking for a highly experienced PTC Master Architect (Windchill) to lead enterprise-scale PLM transformations and architecture initiatives for global engineering/manufacturing organizations.

This role requires deep expertise in PTC Windchill architecture, Java/J2EE, integrations, data migration, and modern event-driven ecosystems using Kafka.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define enterprise PLM architecture blueprint and modernization roadmap

- Lead Windchill implementations, upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformation programs

- Architect scalable integrations with SAP, MES, ALM, and IoT platforms

- Drive event-driven architectures using Kafka and microservices

- Lead development standards, reusable frameworks, and technical governance

- Own complex data migration and consolidation initiatives

- Partner with client leadership teams on roadmap and transformation strategy

- Mentor architects and senior engineering teams

Must Have Skills :

- Strong expertise in PTC Windchill architecture & data model

- Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development

- Windchill customization, workflows, lifecycle & BOM management

- Experience in implementation, upgrade, and migration projects

- Kafka / Event-driven architecture expertise

- Integration frameworks, REST APIs, middleware

- WBM, SQL, ETL-based migration experience

Good to Have :

- AWS / Azure Cloud exposure

- Microservices architecture

- DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps)
