Job Description :

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centric web and mobile experiences. The ideal candidate has strong experience in UI/UX design, proficiency with industry-standard tools, and a solid portfolio showcasing real project work.

You will be responsible for transforming user requirements into elegant interface designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless usability across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities :

User Research & Requirement Gathering :

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

- Conduct ongoing user research to inform design decisions.

- Translate business goals and user needs into functional, intuitive design solutions.

Design & Prototyping :

- Create storyboards, process flows, user journeys, and sitemaps.

- Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, navigation components, and search interfaces.

- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Produce original graphic assets (icons, illustrations, visuals).

- Plan and implement new designs; optimize existing UI layouts.

Testing & Iteration :

- Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.

- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness and interaction behavior.

- Adjust and refine layouts based on user feedback and data insights.

- Test new ideas and iterate before full implementation.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Present design concepts and drafts to internal teams and stakeholders.

- Communicate design options clearly and effectively.

- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and client teams to ensure alignment.

Design Standards & Documentation :

- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, style standards, fonts, colors, and imagery.

- Develop technical and business requirements related to UI/UX.

- Deliver user-centered solutions backed by research and best practices.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design.

- Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Wireframe.cc, Figma, Adobe XD).

- Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, and user-centered methodologies.

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver).

- Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage time efficiently and work with multiple stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
