Massil Technologies - Salesforce Senior Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Mandatory Requirements :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification

- Proficient with Service Cloud

- Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development experience

- Mastery in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations

- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Certifications :

- Platform App Builder

- OmniStudio Developer

- Consumer Goods Cloud (Nice to have)

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud for case management and automation

- Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

- Create and manage users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and security settings

- Develop and deploy components using Change Sets and other deployment tools

- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

- Ensure code quality through test classes, debugging, and performance tuning

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Soft Skill :

- Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers
