Massil Technologies - Production Control Security Analyst

About the Role :

We are seeking a Production Control Security Analyst with strong expertise in IBM Security Verify Access, IBM Security Verify Governance Identity Manager, and IBM Mainframe ZOS RACF. This role involves supporting access provisioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure production environments across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day operational support

- Manage access provisioning/de-provisioning across mainframe, web security, SAP, and other platforms

- Troubleshoot access issues and support developers in resolving production issues

- 24/7 on-call support for production processing

- Maintain and enhance IBM Security environments

- Automate manual processes using scripting (PowerShell, Perl, Python, Bash, DOS)

- Support SSO federation (SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OpenID Connect)

- Handle user recertification campaigns and role management

Technical Skills Required :

- IBM Security Verify Access (v10.0.3+)

- IBM Security Verify Governance Identity Manager (v10.0.1+)

- IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI)

- IBM Security Directory Server (SDS)

- WebSphere Application Server ND

- IBM DB2 (v11.5+)

- Mainframe RACF, Oracle EBS, SAP ECC 6.0

- PowerShell scripting (3+ years)

- Java/JavaScript (12 years)

- Perl, Python, Bash, DOS scripting (12 years)

- Certificate management, LDAP, ADFS, DNS, TCP/IP

Nice to Have :

- Experience with PGP encryption, Serv-U Secure File Transfer

- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI

- SAP HANA user provisioning

- Understanding of Load Balancers, Network Security
