Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Ariba Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Ariba solutions across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes and have hands-on experience in Ariba modules, integration with SAP ERP, and stakeholder support.
You will be the functional and technical bridge between procurement teams, business users, and the IT department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and support SAP Ariba modules such as : Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing (P2P), Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Customize workflows, templates, and approval processes as per business requirements.
Integration & Data Management :
- Collaborate with SAP technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Ariba and SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Handle master data (vendors, materials, cost centers) in coordination with ERP teams.
- Support middleware integrations using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or MuleSoft.
User Support & Troubleshooting :
- Serve as the first point of contact for Ariba-related incidents and change requests.
- Troubleshoot system errors, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Ariba support as needed.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing during releases or upgrades.
Process Optimization & Reporting :
- Analyze procurement processes and suggest improvements using Ariba functionalities.
- Generate and analyze reports and dashboards within Ariba and SAP.
- Ensure system compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Documentation & Training :
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops for procurement teams and suppliers.
Technical Skills Required :
- SAP Ariba Modules (at least 23 hands-on) : Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing (P2P), Ariba SLP / Ariba Network
- SAP ERP Integration : Experience with SAP MM, SRM, or S/4HANA integration, Understanding of procurement master data
and transactional flows
- Middleware Tools : SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), or similar tools
- Reporting & Analytics : Ariba reporting tools, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Excel, or Power BI
- Ticketing Systems : ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA
- Documentation : MS Word, Excel, Visio, Confluence
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
- 36 years of experience in SAP Ariba functional or techno-functional roles
- SAP Ariba certification
