Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Provide L2/L3 production support for digital banking applications built on Temenos MX (Infinity)

- Handle incident management, including analysis, triaging, root cause identification, and resolution

- Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues quickly

- Manage user queries, system alerts, and performance anomalies through defined SLAs and ITIL practices

- Monitor application health, system logs, and analytics dashboards to ensure proactive issue detection

- Maintain and deploy configurations, updates, and patches in coordination with engineering

- Troubleshoot integration issues with APIs, Core Banking Systems (T24/Transact), and third-party providers

- Document solutions, known errors, SOPs, and RCA reports to maintain a robust knowledge base

- Ensure business continuity by participating in DR (Disaster Recovery) tests and high-availability planning

- Assist in release management and UAT support for minor and major deployments

Required Technical Skills :

- Temenos Infinity MX / UXP platform - configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment

- Hands-on experience in web and mobile application support using Angular, Ionic, or React Native

- Good command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and browser dev tools for debugging UI issues

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth2 authentication flows

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps

- Experience with database querying (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MSSQL) and log analysis (e.g. Kibana, Splunk)

- Familiarity with Temenos T24 Core Banking (Transact) integrations is a strong plus

- Understanding of performance monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, etc.)

Nice to Have :

- Experience in Temenos Digital Banking Suite (Infinity MX, UX Builder, Connect)

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)

- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management

- Experience with mobile-specific debugging (Android Studio, Xcode, Firebase, etc.)

- Understanding of banking domain workflows-Retail, Corporate, Payments, Loans, etc.

- Ability to document findings, maintain playbooks, and drive automation for repetitive tasks
