About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing end-to-end technology projects.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be capable of handling both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and hold a valid project management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and lead multiple technical projects from scoping to delivery.

- Prepare detailed project estimations during the pre-sales or early sales process.

- Create clear project plans, timelines, and regular progress updates.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, design, and product teams.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies before they become issues.

- Ensure every project aligns with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

- Manage resource allocation, task prioritization, and team coordination.

- Use AI tools and modern project management systems to optimize productivity.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in technical project management.

- Must have worked with IT services companies or consulting setups.

- Proven success in delivering software/IT projects on time and within scope.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Confident in translating complex technical details into clear business context.

- Hands-on with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello (or similar).

- PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or similar certification is required.

- Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Bonus Points :

- Background in software development or engineering.

- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.

- Comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows and reporting.
