About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Odoo Developer who is proficient in both backend and frontend development using Python.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core Odoo modules and a proven track record of building, customizing, and maintaining robust business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom Odoo modules and features.

- Work across both backend (Python, PostgreSQL) and frontend (JavaScript, XML, QWeb) components.

- Customize and implement the following Odoo modules :

1. Sales.

2. Purchase.

3. Inventory.

4. Manufacturing.

5. Subcontracting.

6. E-commerce.

- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Create and execute unit tests to ensure application quality.

- Work closely with functional consultants to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead and manage development teams, providing mentorship and code reviews.

- Participate in daily standups and communicate effectively with international clients and cross-functional teams.

- Maintain version control and follow best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development.

- Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo ORM.

- Proficient in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, QWeb).

- Experience working with PostgreSQL and database schema design.

- Demonstrated experience with unit testing and code versioning tools (e.g., Git).

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

- Proven experience in team management and leadership.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

- Willingness to work in USA shift (5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Odoo Certification(s) is a plus.

- Experience working in agile development environments.

- Exposure to CI/CD processes and DevOps tools.
