Location : Hyderabad (Relocation Mandatory)

Work Mode : 5 Days On-site (Hyderabad Office)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in C#, .NET, WPF, Angular, and AWS to lead the design and development of enterprise applications.

The role involves end-to-end technical ownership, mentoring teams, driving best practices, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Secondary skills such as PostgreSQL, Microservices, CI/CD, and experience in traffic signal domain or streaming technologies will be strong advantages.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of applications using C#, .NET, WPF, and Angular.

- Drive technical decision-making and guide the team in implementing best engineering practices.

- Architect and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS services.

- Design and optimize relational databases with PostgreSQL (secondary skill).

- Contribute to and review microservices-based solution design and integrations.

- Establish, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex issues across the full technology stack and propose long-term resolutions.

- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for high-quality, on-time product releases.

- Experience with traffic signal systems/ITS domain or streaming solutions (preferred).

Primary Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core.

- Solid experience working with WPF for desktop application development.

- Strong front-end development experience using Angular.

- Proficiency in building, deploying, and managing applications on AWS.

- Ability to lead and influence technical direction across teams.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with PostgreSQL database design and performance tuning.

- Exposure to Microservices architecture.

- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of traffic signal domain / ITS technologies.

- Experience with Streaming technologies (Kafka, WebRTC, Kinesis, etc.).
