Role Overview :

As the .Net Lead Dev at MARS, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions.

You will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the team towards best practices, code quality, and innovative solutions that enhance our business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of .Net developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using .Net technologies to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, identify potential issues, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

- Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of our systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology roadmap.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.

- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches to improve our development processes and product offerings.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in .Net framework and .Net Core, with a deep understanding of C# programming language.

- Proven ability to apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns to create modular, reusable, and maintainable code.

- Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems and applications.

- Solid understanding of database design and development, with experience in SQL Server.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
