We're now expanding our AI/ML leadership and looking for a driven, hands-on Lead AI/ML Engineer to guide the next wave of innovation.

What You'll Do :

- Design and deploy scalable ML and GenAI models for diverse applications, including

forecasting, recommendation, NLP, and computer vision.

- Lead a team of AI/ML and software engineersproviding architectural direction, code

reviews, and mentorship.

- Translate complex business needs into actionable AI solutions.

- Own full ML pipelines : data ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring.

- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Apply best practices in MLOps, model versioning, retraining, and performance tracking.

- Stay current on the latest in LLMs, Transformers, Vision Models, and Foundation Models.

- Drive AI integration into full-stack applications and APIs.

What Were Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles, with at least 12 years in a technical

leadership capacity.

- Deep hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and GenAI frameworks (e.g.,

Hugging Face Transformers, Lang Chain, Open AI API).

- Experience in computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, segmentation models) or agentic AI.

- Experience deploying ML models in production using Docker, FastAPI, AWS/GCP/Azure.

- Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines).

- Solid understanding of model performance tuning, experimentation, and lifecycle

management.

- Background in full-stack development (JavaScript/Node/React) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving mindset, clear communication, and collaborative leadership style.
