Job Title : Marketing Operations Manager / Marketo Specialist.

Location : India (Remote / Hybrid / Onsite).

Experience : 5- 10 Years.

Employment Type : Full-Time.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations professional to own and optimize Marketo, our marketing automation platform.

This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integrations, scalable workflows, high data quality, and strong campaign performance across the funnel.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on Marketo expertise, strong operational rigor, and a data-driven mindset to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Automation & Platform Ownership :

- Own, administer, and optimize Marketo as the primary marketing automation platform.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable marketing workflows, programs, and campaigns.

- Ensure system configuration aligns with business goals and go-to-market strategy.

MarTech Stack Management & Integrations :

- Manage and enhance integrations between Marketo and :

1. CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools.

3. Attribution and analytics platforms.

4. Webinar and event platforms.

- Partner with internal IT and vendors to ensure system stability and performance.

Database Management & Governance :

- Maintain, govern, and segment the marketing database.

- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, normalization, and compliance.

- Implement best practices for GDPR/CCPA compliance and consent management.

Lead Management & Lifecycle Operations :

- Manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages.

- Ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales on MQL/SQL definitions.

- Continuously optimize lead flow and conversion rates.

Email & Campaign Operations :

- Manage email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance.

- Execute and optimize email campaigns and nurture programs.

- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Reporting, Attribution & Optimization :

- Support marketing attribution models and performance tracking.

- Deliver actionable insights on campaign effectiveness and funnel performance.

- Ensure Marketo is optimized for reporting and business decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations / Marketing Automation.

- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo.

- Marketo Certification (mandatory).

- Experience managing complex MarTech ecosystems.

- Strong understanding of :

1. Lead management and lifecycle models.

2. Email deliverability best practices.

3. Campaign measurement and attribution.

- Experience working with Sales and Revenue Operations teams.

- Marketo (Certified).

CRM :

- Salesforce (preferred).

ABM Tools :

- Demandbase.

- 6sense.

- Terminus.

Attribution & Analytics :

- Bizible.

- Marketo Measure.

- Google Analytics.

Webinar & Event Platforms :

- Zoom Webinars.

- ON24.

- GoToWebinar.

- Cvent.

Email & Deliverability :

- Email deliverability tools (e.g., Validity, Litmus good to have).

Data & Integration :

- APIs, Webhooks.

- Middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato nice to have).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

- Experience supporting global marketing teams.
