Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Marketo Certified Professional with strong expertise in Adobe Marketo.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing marketing automation programs, driving lead generation, and supporting end-to-end marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows in Adobe Marketo.

- Build, manage, and optimize automation programs, segmentation strategies, and lead scoring models.

- Integrate Marketo with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and seamless workflow.

- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

- Maintain data hygiene, compliance, and adherence to best practices across all campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to support demand generation goals.

Required Skills :

- Active Marketo Certification (mandatory).

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo.

- Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead management processes.

- Experience integrating Marketo with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for campaign customization.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar marketing automation tools.

- Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other compliance standards
