Role Overview :

We are seeking a Data Analyst with experience in Marketing Analytics to drive campaign measurement, customer insights, audience segmentation, and marketing performance optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Business teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and generate actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital and offline channels.

- Measure campaign effectiveness using ROI, ROAS, conversion, retention, and engagement metrics.

- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.

- Develop customer segmentation models to improve targeting and personalization.

- Create dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools.

- Perform customer behavior analysis, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis.

- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.

- Partner with marketing stakeholders to optimize acquisition and retention strategies.

- Track and monitor campaign KPIs and business outcomes.

- Present analytical findings to business and marketing teams.
