Sr. Java Developer

Role Overview :

As a Sr. Java Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable microservices-based applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our users and driving key business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure Java-based microservices to support critical business functions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure maintainability and reduce technical debt.

- Optimize database queries and schemas to improve application performance and scalability.

- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain service level agreements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Java applications using Spring Framework or similar technologies.

- Proven expertise in working with relational databases such as MySQL and writing complex SQL queries.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and experience building and deploying microservices.

- Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaborative development.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with occasional on-site collaboration in Noida, Gurgaon/Gurugram, Chandigarh, or Mohali.
