- Review baseline documents, interface specifications, and customization requirements to define the testing scope.

- Coordinate with project coordinators, developers, and stakeholders to gather inputs and clarify requirements.

- Identify and extract relevant regression test scripts from the repository and prepare new test scripts for customizations and enhancements.

- Upload test ware and related artifacts to SharePoint and ensure all documentation is maintained accurately.

- Prepare detailed test execution plans, QA readiness trackers, and functional checklists for assigned projects.

Test Execution & Defect Management :

- Execute manual test scripts using simulated or migrated data to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity.

- Maintain and organize test execution results in JIRA (or other test management tools) as per agreed structures.

- Log and manage defects, including pass logs, defect logs, and closure logs, using the designated defect tracking system.

- Perform retesting of resolved defects, ensuring timely and accurate validation of fixes.

- Participate in daily defect review meetings, collaborating with development and project teams to drive defect resolution.

- Publish daily execution summaries and weekly QA dashboards to update stakeholders on test progress, defect trends, and overall quality metrics.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement :

- Ensure all deliverables meet the defined quality standards and project timelines.

- Identify gaps in testing processes and contribute to process improvements for better coverage and efficiency.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-production verification as needed.

- Maintain a deep understanding of Prime and Prime Online modules, ensuring alignment with product functionality and client requirements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 - 6 years of experience in Manual Testing within the Cards domain, specifically with Prime and Prime Online applications.

- Strong knowledge of Prime application architecture, workflows, and configurations.

- Hands-on experience in using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint).

- Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes and Agile testing methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
