Shift Timings : 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 30 AM (IST)

Job Description :

- Implement and execute performance, load, and stress tests to validate system scalability and reliability.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality standards.

- Analyse performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.

- Document test strategies, plans, and results for transparency and compliance.

Must Have Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in testing

- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices.

- Expertise in API testing.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience with containerization.

- Knowledge of observability tools for performance monitoring.

- Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- ISTQB or similar QA certification.

- Experience with security testing and DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business and technical requirements.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and API testing to ensure application quality and reliability.

- Validate application performance through load, stress, and scalability testing activities.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Conduct API testing to verify functionality, data integrity, and service performance across applications.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage and adherence to quality standards.

Desired Skills :

- Proficiency in any programming language such as C#.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium) is a must, and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is nice to have.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
