Job Description :

A leading IT company is hiring an experienced Manual Tester with a strong background in Front Office Operations and Cash Equity domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating complex financial applications, ensuring system accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform manual testing for trading and investment applications within Front Office and Cash Equity domains.

- Review and analyze business requirements, functional specs, and design documents.

- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios.

- Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other testers to ensure quality delivery.

- Participate in UAT support and release validations.

- Ensure test coverage and traceability across all phases of testing.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing.

- Strong domain knowledge in Front Office Operations and Cash Equity/Equity Trading.

- Good understanding of order lifecycle, trade settlements, and capital markets.

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, QC, ALM).

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to automation tools is a plus.

- Knowledge of FIX protocol, Bloomberg, or similar trading platforms.

- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
