- Perform regression testing to ensure that defects are fixed and new features do not introduce new issues.

- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues.

Defect Management :

- Report defects and issues using a standardized defect tracking system.

- Work closely with the development team to facilitate the resolution of defects. Verify and validate fixes and ensure they are properly documented.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

- Keep test documentation up-to-date as project requirements evolve.

- Test Environment Setup : Prepare and configure test environments, ensuring they mirror production as closely as possible.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure effective communication and understanding of project requirements.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging testing techniques.

- Contribute to process improvements and the development of testing best practices within the organization.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience as a Manual Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst.

- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
