Manual Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform manual testing of corporate action processes on TCS BaNCS GSP custody platform.

- Validate the corporate action lifecycle in line with GCC custody business requirements.

- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.

- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and expected outcomes.

- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence).

- Ensure compliance with custody and corporate action operations.

- Support process optimization and potential automation initiatives in corporate action services.

- Provide recommendations for improving quality and efficiency of corporate action workflows.

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS GSP (custody product).

- Strong understanding of GCC custody business, specifically corporate actions.

- Experience with test management tools: JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Exposure to automation or process optimization in custody operations is a plus.

Experience :

- 5+ years in manual testing within custody or corporate action services.

- Proven experience in corporate action lifecycle testing in GCC markets
