We are hiring a senior manual QA engineer to join our engineering/quality assurance team.

This is a senior, hands-on role focused on owning end-to-end product quality across web and mobile applications.

You will act as a quality champion, working closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure we deliver reliable, high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end quality for web and mobile applications.

- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, smoke, and exploratory testing.

- Identify edge cases, requirement gaps, and usability issues.

- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira.

- Validate fixes and ensure timely defect closure.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and define QA best practices.

- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and release discussions.

Required Skills :

- 710+ years of hands-on manual testing experience.

- Strong experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).

- Excellent understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Strong product thinking and attention to detail.

- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to Have :

- API testing experience (Postman or similar tools).

- Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).

- Basic understanding of SQL.

- Experience with performance or security testing.

- Prior experience mentoring QA team members.
