Responsibilities :

- Create and Document Tests : Develop detailed manual test cases with both positive and negative criteria, covering all possible scenarios.

- Be Proactive : Take initiative to improve processes, identify issues early, and stay ahead of potential roadblocks.

- Master the Product : Gain a deep understanding of product features through documentation, team discussions, and active clarification.

- Scrum Rockstar : Attend and contribute to all scrum meetings without fail.

- Defect Management : Identify, document, and track software defects using the right tools. Collaborate with developers for timely fixes.

- Test Coverage : Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure every detail aligns with requirements.

- Develop Test Artefacts : Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts for repeatable, reliable results.

- Collaborate and Communicate : Work closely with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver quality results efficiently.

- Adhere to QA Standards : Maintain strict adherence to QA best practices while seeking continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum 1 year of hands-on manual QA testing experience.

- Technical Expertise : Solid grasp of QA methodologies, techniques, and processes.

- Attention to Detail : Ability to spot even the smallest defects in software applications.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration.
